The 2023 China Computing Power Conference, co-sponsored by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the People's Government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region has been held in Yinchuan, Ningxia From August 18th to 19th, 2023. Major server manufacturers such as Inspur and H3C showed the latest servers and computing power center solutions; domestic GPU and DPU manufacturers such as Moore Thread and Sophon also displayed their latest research fruits. Representatives of China Bester had in-depth exchanges and discussions with major manufacturers and server manufacturers, and held special talks with H3C on power cooperation and server supply.

Regarding "what is the current development status of China's computing power industry?" and "China Bester's computing power achievements and development advantages",Chairman Li said: Recently, the AIGC driven by large models has led a new round of technological revolution in the world, thus driving the majestic growth of the demand for large computing power. The current stage of computing power development is similar to that of wireless communication starting from 2G, followed by the technological iteration of 3G/4G/5G and the huge innovations at the industrial application level brought about by it. The development of domestic computing power, from the perspective of the industry chain, has just started. The GPU and server supply chain is in the early stage of development, and how to operate the computing power AIDC is also in the early stage. This is also the main reason for current vitality of the industry. From the perspective of future industry trends , two business models will be formed. The first is the computing power clusters built by Internet giants themselves, and the second is to rent computing power to other manufacturers or major companies as a supplement like China Bester. The computing power industry is in the ascendant and full of vitality. China Bester has decided to develop the AI large-scale model industry, and will focus on intelligent computing power services as the new infrastructure business development. At present, two computing power centers in Hefei and the Yangtze River Delta have been deployed. The initial investment of the Hefei computing power center is about 1 billion yuan, and the civil construction has been completed. It is compatible with the park and the computer room has been started. The first phase of the project will achieve a computing power of 3000P. It is planned to have service capabilities in the fourth quarter. After the overall completion, it can provide a maximum computing power of 10000P. The Yangtze River Delta computing power center plans to invest 200 million yuan to provide 800P -1000P computing capacity, the location of the computer room has been initially chosen, and an investment agreement is being negotiated with the local government. The A800 and H800 servers purchased by the company in the early stage have been in place gradually, and the prototypes have been provided to some customers for testing. Chairman Li also introduced the specific goal of "China Bester's two "Double Ten Thousand Strategy" for the next three years to realize the service capability of 10,000 GPUs and 10,000 P computing power".
