On the afternoon of September 17th,  China Bester Group Telecom Co., Ltd and Jinan Institute Of Supercomputing Technology (Jinan Supercomputing Institute for short) have signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Jinan. The two sides agreed to establish a long-term, stable and comprehensive strategic partnership, promote the realization of complementary advantages and common development, and reach strategic cooperation on the promotion of computing resources, the construction and integration of computing networks, the construction of computing services SaaS platform, technology research and application, investment and financing.

Under the strategic agreement, the two sides will carry out cooperation in the following areas:

I. Jinan Supercomputing Institute will make full use of its social influence in the field of supercomputing to assist China Bester Group in promoting and selling computing power business, and jointly expand computing customers.

II.China Bester Group will give full play to its advantages in the telecom industry. And Jinan Supercomputing Institute will actively leverage its professional technology and brand advantages to collaborate closely on investment in construction and system solutions to promote the construction and integration of national-level computing networks and create a leading domestic 400G/800G high-bandwidth, low-latency all-optical network, and enable comprehensive scheduling of cross-regional computing resources and improve computing resource utilization.

III. The two parties will strengthen cooperation in "using computing resources in the west to support the computation of data in the east" and strengthen cooperation in key technologies such as supercomputing, intelligent computing and computing networks. The two parties will jointly lead and promote the application of science and technology projects and the implementation of related policies. 

IV. When building its own computing center, China Bester Group gives priority to the integrated heterogeneous computing power platform of Jinan Supercomputing Institute will ensure the high quality of technical services.

V. The two parties will strengthen business cooperation to jointly make the business bigger and stronger, and carry out investment and financing cooperation on the basis of full reasoning.

National Supercomputing Center in Jinan(referred to as Jinan Supercomputing Center) was established with the approval of the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2011. It is a comprehensive research center engaged in intelligent computing and information processing technology research and computing services. Jinan Supercomputing Institute is the first comprehensive scientific research entity in China built on the basis of Jinan Supercomputing Center with the core task of promoting the industrialization supercomputing. It is a "Provincial New R&D Institution" in Shandong Province. Jinan Supercomputing Center Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Supercomputing Company") is a computing service enterprise established based on Jinan Supercomputing Center and Jinan Supercomputing Institute. Its core product "Lingxiyisuan Cloud Platform" is committed to building an open, collaborative, and prosperous computing ecosystem and providing one-stop SaaS computing services to users.
