Highlighting the Theme of Development and Growth, Initiating Domestic and International Dual Cycles - The Group's 2024 Annual Work Conference Successfully Held in Wuhan

On February 20-21, at the beginning of the new year, the 2024 Annual Work Conference of the China Bester Group was held at its headquarters in Wuhan. The board of directors, supervisors, senior executives, the management team, and functional department leaders of the group, as well as the main responsible persons of various regions, subsidiaries/branches, business departments/offices, and representatives of some project managers, participated in the conference.

///////////////////Work Report And Deployment/////////////////

Chairman Li Liubing delivered the annual work report for the China Bester Group in 2023 at the conference. The report provided a comprehensive summary of the work accomplished in 2023. The company has made significant achievements in various areas, including strengthening the new infrastructure with responsibility and commitment, focusing on innovation-driven computing business, laying a solid foundation for the transformation into new energy, and promoting international development with a practical approach to deepen the Belt and Road Initiative. These achievements have presented a brand-new image of China Bester Group both within and outside the industry. The report also outlined the comprehensive deployment for 2024, centering on the themes of high-quality development and revenue growth. It emphasized the implementation of a domestic and international dual-cycle strategy, further strengthening the new infrastructure, actively developing intelligent computing and data business, vigorously exploring the new energy sector, and comprehensively improving corporate profits. Eight key work areas for the year were identified, and the market tasks and annual target plans for 2024 were determined. During the conference, the revision drafts of relevant regulations and systems of the Group were explained. Participants engaged in group discussions on the annual work report, various task plans, and revision suggestions for relevant management regulations and systems, putting forward numerous reasonable opinions and suggestions.

The Chairman signed the 2024 Production And Operation Responsibility Letter with the heads of each major region, who signed the responsibility letter with the heads of their respective business departments/offices. Additionally, the management teams of each subsidiary company signed commitment letters. The company's management team collectively swore to the board of directors: We will always maintain a high level of enthusiasm for our work, stay true to our original aspirations, keep our mission in mind, and contribute our wisdom and strength to the development of China Bester Group!

During the work conference, annual commendations were awarded to the outstanding performers in company operations, production, teams, and individual employees.
